"Leadership" is a quality we all share...those who "follow" also learn from their "leader". I'm not a strong headed guy but Ive had my moments where my particular advice or skill was needed and I...well, I eventually became a leader at that moment. Leadership is a quality attributed to an individual, a Leader. In the context of election day the qualities that I look for in an individual are the ability to inspire, to motivate &amp; and to articulate a vision that I am willing to "follow".</p><p>My personal method of leadership which I have always attempted to demonstrate is the "lead by example" method ....
